About Me

My primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore how their experiences impact their view of the world, interpersonal relationships, and how they regulate their reactions to events. By fostering exploration and curiosity about our mental health and personal growth I hope to provide therapy that helps individuals meet their goals and flourish.

More About My Practice

I utilize an integrative approach when working with clients which is driven by their goals and their comfort with various therapeutic modalities. Therapy will explore how an individual's experiences shape their view of the world and how they function and interact with others based on their perspectives and experiences. I primarily draw from multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral therapies (DBT).

My Specialties

I am a clinical psychologist trained in psychotherapy with clients aged 17 and older and families. I frequently work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events, childhood trauma, and racial trauma. I am experienced working with individuals who are navigating often difficult and biased systems.  I specialize in trauma-informed and culturally-informed care for adults and adolescents, especially individuals who struggle with emotional regulation and interpersonal conflict.
