These three levels of consultation provide a flexible framework for individuals and organizations to choose the level of support that best aligns with their needs, goals, and the depth of assistance required. The choice often depends on the specific circumstances and objectives of the coaching or consultation engagement.
Single Session Consultation
1 Session (60-minutes)
Purpose
Single-session consultation is designed for addressing immediate concerns, specific questions, or quick problem-solving. It's ideal for individuals or businesses seeking quick guidance without a long-term commitment.
Key Focus Areas
Addressing a specific issue, decision-making, providing expert advice, or offering immediate support.
Fee $350
Short-Term Consultation
4 Sessions (60 minutes each scheduled as needed) and weekly emails or voice texts for a 2-month period.
Purpose
Short-term consultation is intended for individuals or organizations looking for more comprehensive support to tackle specific goals, challenges, or skill development. It provides a structured approach to making progress over a relatively brief period.
Key Focus Areas
Skill development, goal setting, problem-solving and addressing immediate challenges, new systems, or opportunities.

Long-Term Consultation
8 sessions (60 minutes each scheduled as needed) and weekly emails or voice texts for a 3- month period.
Purpose
Long-term consultation involves a deeper and more sustained engagement. It is suitable for individuals or businesses seeking significant personal or organizational transformation, ongoing development, and continuous support in various aspects of leadership and operations.
Key Focus Areas
Holistic personal or professional development, sustained goal achievement, long-term growth, and addressing deep-rooted issues.
Fee $3500
MASTER MENTOR CONSULTATION
12 Sessions (60 minutes each) and weekly emails or voice texts or a 9 month period.
Full mentorship is suitable for those who want personalized guidance and a trusted mentor to help develop and implement their entrepreneurial vision. I will mentor you to success and support your vision. I’ll have your back through the entire process with assistance on how to develop your “why,” clarify your vision, develop systems, integrate your vision, attract talent, market your services, and develop a financial plan for future scaling and success.

About Julie Quimby, Ph.D.
Julie Quimby is a licensed psychologist who earned her Ph.D. in from the #1 ranked counseling psychology doctoral program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Julie began her career as a psychology professor at Towson University in Maryland, where she trained and supervised Master's students in counseling and clinical psychology, served on the Editorial Boards for the Journal of Counseling Psychology and the Journal of Career Development, and published research in the area of women’s career development. She earned tenure in 2006 and became the Director of the Counseling Psychology Master's Program. Julie relocated to her home state of Maine in 2008, where she taught in the psychology department at Bowdoin College for several years while establishing a private practice and developing an expertise in emotionally focused couple therapy (EFT). In 2016, Julie founded Psychology Specialists of Maine (PSM), a multidisciplinary group practice for adult outpatient psychotherapy. PSM has grown to a group of 40 psychologists and psychiatrists and was recently recognized in 2023 by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. As CEO, Julie prioritizes creating an inclusive, connected, and growth oriented work environment where psychologists and psychiatrists thrive. She works closely with her leadership team to develop efficient systems and expand the center to increase access to outpatient behavioral health services, train postdoctoral residents, and provide advanced continuing education programs for Maine therapists.
