About Me

I think of the therapeutic space as an anchor- a place where the swirl of life can pause while you connect more deeply to yourself and your values. I see my role as a collaborator who supports clients in deepening self-understanding, harnessing their unique strengths, and shifting the habits that may be holding them back from their fullest potential. Wherever you are on your journey, I am honored to walk through this part with you.

More About My Practice

My therapeutic approach is integrative with foundations in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based modalities. I also completed a specialization in health psychology, which informs my understanding of how physical, emotional, mental, and environmental factors are connected and influence health. In addition to traditional psychotherapy techniques, I often work with clients on health behaviors like sleep, mindfulness/relaxation, and physical activity to improve overall wellness. There are countless paths to growth and healing; taking time to understand your needs and values allows us to create the path in therapy that is meaningful and effective for you.

My Specialties

I am a postdoctoral fellow who works with adults providing couples therapy and individual therapy. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating issues related to life transitions, self-worth, interpersonal challenges, ADHD, and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder.
