About Me

As a psychiatrist, I am deeply passionate about fostering mental wellbeing through a collaborative treatment approach. I believe in the power of building a safe, trusting space where individuals can explore their mental health challenges. My focus is on accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment to help guide each patient’s journey toward healing. I am committed to working closely with patients to understand their unique experiences and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals. 

More About My Practice

I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for adults (18+). In our work together, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals recognize and address how thoughts and feelings impact their mental health. I have a special interest in incorporating meditation and mindfulness into treatment, as I believe these practices can be powerful tools for emotional regulation and stress management. My training in child and adolescent psychiatry informs my understanding of the often lifelong nature of mental health conditions and the profound influence of family and social relationships.

My Specialties

I have experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, adjustment issues, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and more. My approach is centered on a holistic understanding of mental health, recognizing that each person’s experience is unique, and effective treatment requires a personalized plan.
